Paris Bebe Trademark

『Paris Bebe』は、Danel(ダネル社1889-1892年)の商標として登録されましたが、1890年にジュモーは、ダネル社をParis Bebeの人形 は Bebe Jumeauのコピ-と提訴しました。1891年ジュモーは勝訴し、1892年にパリべべの人形とモールドは、裁判所の命令によって破壊されました。

1896年ジュモーは、『Paris Bebe 』のお名前を登録しなおします。ジュモーのパリべべは、ボルドー公爵をモデルに、そのボックスにはフェニックスがついています。ダネル社の人形パリべべとジュモー社の人形パリべべはモールドから違います。

The name Paris Bebe was a trademark registered previously by "Anatol Danel" in 1889. (Danel & Cie, a doll manufacturer from 1889 until 1892). In 1890 Jumeau Company filed suit against Danel Company, claiming that the Paris Bebe dolls were copies of the Bebe Jumeau. In 1891 Jumeau finally won against Danel for plagiarism and in 1892, the Paris Bebe dolls and molds manufactured by Danel were destroyed by court order...In 1896, Jumeau registered the name "Paris Bebe" which had by now fallen into the public domain…

The Jumeau's Paris bebe dolls had the face modeled on the shape of the Duke of Bordeaux and on the box, the Phoenix symbol appeared...
